• Before returning any merchandise, please
email or call our office at 888-331-2195 for an authorization number. Our hours of operation are Monday-Thursday, from 8:00am-5:00pm PST and Friday, from 8:00am-12:00pm PST. This authorization number should be included with your returned merchandise.
• Returned items must be new and in the original factory packaging.
• All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• A 20% restocking fee will be charged to your account unless merchandise is exchanged for an item of equal or greater value.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Any earpiece that fits inside the ear is not returnable.
• No returns or exchanges on Special Order Items. This includes, but is not limited to two-way radios, repeaters, quantities of 10 or more on any item, manufacturer only items. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to making your purchase.
