How do I return an item?
• Before returning any merchandise, please email or call our office at 888-331-2195 for an authorization number. Our hours of operation are Monday-Thursday, from 8:00am-5:00pm PST and Friday, from 8:00am-12:00pm PST. This authorization number should be included with your returned merchandise.
• Returned items must be new and in the original factory packaging.
• All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• A 20% restocking fee will be charged to your account unless merchandise is exchanged for an item of equal or greater value.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Any earpiece that fits inside the ear is not returnable.
• No returns or exchanges on Special Order Items. This includes, but is not limited to two-way radios, repeaters, quantities of 10 or more on any item, manufacturer only items. If you have any questions, please reach out prior to making your purchase.

Great earpiece at an affordable price. The tubeless set up is great. You can hear everything in a low volume setting compared to the tubed earpiece. You also don’t feel it on your ear and it’s he’s in place with good metal clips.
Sound quality is a 5, no question. The problem for me is that I wear an outer vest which I take off when I'm at the station, so my speaker/mic/wiring all goes under my work shirt. The connector is very bulky and pokes out of the back of my shirt. There's no way to clip it anywhere other than on the inside of my collar, which then makes the speaker wire WAY too long. I had to coil it up and tape the coil so there's some tension, otherwise the earpiece falls out of my ear. I wish there was a way to shorten it. If you wear an under vest and can clip the connector to the bottom of it you will be fine.
