Product Returns, Exchanges and Refunds: If you wish to return or exchange a product you must contact The Earphone Guy within 48 hours of receiving the product and get a Return Authorization. All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender. If The Earphone Guy is contacted after 48 hours and within 7 days of receiving the product a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. There are no returns or exchanges available after 7 days of receiving the product. Time and date of delivery is determined by the delivery date associated with the tracking number from the shipping carrier. Shipping charges are non refundable. All returns must be new in the original manufacturers packaging.

All orders and/or items deemed "Special Order" will have a mandatory re-stocking fee of 15%.
