First, let me say that all of us at The Earphone Guy are here alongside you as we manage the COVID-19 pandemic together. Our thoughts are with you, and we are committed to continuing to maintain our operations and protect our officers and various industry professionals. 

Our office is under the Shelter in Place Directive by the State of California. However we are considered an "Essential Business" since we supply Government and Public Safety. We are continuing to ship in stock items daily. Our sales team is operating remotely taking phone and web orders.

Carrier Update:

UPS - Guaranteed Delivery suspended. Meaning, Overnight, Two-Day and Three-Day deliveries are not guaranteed.

USPS - Postal Service - Intermittent delays. Priority Mail is taking about 1 day longer on the average. 

Manufacturers Update:

The Earphone Connection - Shipping M - W - F. Some orders will have a 1-2 day delay.
