Shipping Carrier: All products, unless otherwise specified shall be delivered via The United States Postal Service "U.S.P.S."

Shipping Costs: Separate charges for shipping and handling will be added to the price of the Products ordered unless you have made other prior arrangements with The Earphone Guy. Shipping and delivery dates are best estimates only.

Product Returns, Exchanges and Refunds: If you wish to return or exchange a product you must contact The Earphone Guy within 48 hours of receiving the product and get a Return Authorization. All unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender. If The Earphone Guy is contacted after 48 hours and within 7 days of receiving the product a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. There are no returns or exchanges available after 7 days of receiving the product. Time and date of delivery is determined by the delivery date associated with the tracking number from the shipping carrier. Shipping charges are non refundable. All returns must be new in the original manufacturers packaging.  Any item returned incomplete or without the packaging, will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

Returns of special orders have a 20% restocking fee. This is applied even if it is within 48 hours of the customer receiving the product. Special orders are defined as any order with a quantity of more than 10 of a single item. This fee is waived if there is an exchange.  However, this fee would still apply if the exchanged items are returned.
