How are you able to offer such low prices?
Since our website is pretty straight forward and easy to use, we do not have the need to increase our prices to pay for inside sales people. Does that mean you can't speak to us on the phone? Of course not! We speak to customers on a daily basis. If there is a need, you CAN reach us.

Do you stock the merchandise or does it have to be ordered?
We stock almost every item listed and then some. We are not a "Place the order and get it from someone else" type of company. Your purchase is made at The Earphone Guy and The Earphone Guy is your contact.

How long does it take to ship my order?
All orders are generally shipped the next day. In the event of a back order (which is VERY rare), we should have the item within 2-3 days. Then you order will be promptly shipped.

How long before I receive my order?
Once your order is shipped, the USPS generally delivers it within 2-4 business.  Having said that, weather and other issues that are outside the control of our company come in to play. 

Do your items have a warranty or are they all as-is?
Our items have a minimum of a one year manufacturers warranty. The only exclusion to this is "Maintenance Items" (Ear inserts, tubes, tips, etc..). If you have a question about the warranty, please just ask. We would not want to buy an item or make an investment without having a warranty, why should you?

Do you protect my identity or do you sell my information?
The Earphone Guy is committed to data security and the data quality of personally identifiable information that is either available from or collected by our web site and has taken reasonable precautions to protect such information from loss, misuse, or alteration. When our website application accepts credit cards or any other particularly sensitive information for any of its services, it encrypts all ordering information, such as your name and credit card number, in order to protect its confidentiality. No credit card information is stored on our website. All credit card information is processed through a secure gateway. We NEVER give out your information or sell it. Period!
